Journal of Instruction and Islamic Religious Education (JIIRE) is a scientific journal that aims to publish research results, theoretical reviews, and methodological developments in teaching and Islamic religious education. It covers multidisciplinary studies linking pedagogy, learning theory, curriculum, and the application of technology in the context of Islamic religious education. JIIRE focuses on contemporary issues in Islamic education at primary, secondary, and tertiary levels with a holistic and integrative approach.

JIIRE welcomes articles from academics, researchers, and educational practitioners that address innovation and effective teaching practices, development of teaching materials, and educational strategies that support the development of learners' character and spirituality. Each published article goes through a peer review process to ensure its academic quality and contribution to advancing Islamic religious education.

Journal of Instruction and Islamic Religious Education (JIIRE) is published biannually (January-June and July-December).
